In-person sessions
In-person sessions include a personalized blend of Biodynamic Craniosacral & Polarity Therapies.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle bodywork modality that allows the body to access a state of deep relaxation and healing. Polarity Therapy utilizes a combination of resourceful dialogue and bodywork to access internal healing resources, effectively process trauma and heal from the inside out. Polarity uses both light and firm pressure over the whole body, according to the unique needs of the client. It's all about bringing the body's innate health forwards.
With the support of a skilled practitioner, the body is able to efficiently unwind holding patterns and unwanted habits from events including: accidents, injuries, surgeries, developmental trauma and day-to-day stress. The body is then able to return to its natural state of health and integrate healthy habits. Take-home tools and resources are provided.
